Welcome to Dr Vongai Clinic. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and all interactions with Dr Vongai Clinic ("the Clinic," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment, receiving treatments, making a purchase, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Services Offered
Dr Vongai Clinic provides a range of aesthetic, dermatological, and skincare consultation and treatment services, as described on our website and during in-person consultations. All services are performed by qualified and experienced professionals. The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
2. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments at Dr Vongai Clinic. For certain treatments, specific health or eligibility criteria may apply, which will be discussed during your consultation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, particularly if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for a client's health or safety.
3. Appointments, Bookings & Cancellations
3.1 Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- A deposit of £50 may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is redeemable against your treatment cost.
- Consultation fees, if applicable, are £75 and may be redeemable against future treatments, as specified at the time of booking. Please note that consultation fees are generally non-refundable if a treatment is not pursued or if the appointment is missed/cancelled late.
3.2 Rescheduling & Cancellations
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation.
- If you reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to attend your appointment ("no-show"), your deposit will be forfeited.
- For prepaid treatments or courses, a late cancellation/no-show may result in the deduction of one treatment from your course or full charge for the missed appointment.
- We understand emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment.
3.3 Arrival at Clinic
Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork or consent forms and allow your treatment to start on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or forfeiture of your appointment and deposit.
4. Payments & Pricing
4.1 Pricing
All prices for treatments and products are listed on our website or provided during your consultation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect treatments already booked and confirmed with a deposit.
4.2 Payment
Full payment for treatments is due on the day of service, unless a payment plan or course package has been arranged. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
4.3 Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable but are redeemable against your treatment, subject to our cancellation policy.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
- Prepaid treatments or courses are non-refundable once purchased, but may be transferable or exchanged for other services at the Clinic's discretion, subject to a review.
- Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. No refunds on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Refunds are not given for services already rendered.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Dr Vongai Clinic, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical history, including any medications, allergies, or health conditions, prior to any consultation or treatment.
- Adhere to all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our practitioners.
- Notify the clinic immediately of any adverse reactions or concerns following a treatment.
- Attend appointments punctually.
- Treat our staff and other clients with respect.
Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may impact your suitability for treatment or the effectiveness of your results.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
6.1 Treatment Outcomes
While we strive for the best possible results, individual outcomes from aesthetic treatments can vary significantly based on factors such as skin type, age, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare, and individual physiological response. We cannot guarantee specific results, and results are subjective.
6.2 Website Information
The content on our website is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr Vongai Clinic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dr Vongai Clinic or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
